Help to cut down!!

hi i am trying to cut down my body fat and get leaner and i was wondering what are the best supplements to help!! the problem i have is i a very inconsistent work out beacouse of my job,

Don't blame the job!

I work stupid hours and if you want to train- you will make the time!

As for supps- a healthy high protein diet will be a good starting point. As I was told when I started your diet has got to be spot on before you'll see any changes. Try to get a good supply of EFA's in your diet and plenty of fruit and veg!

So start with that- if it helps, post up what your diet is currently and what your typical training routine is like and people will post comments and help you out that way!
