How many carbs is too much when going low carb?

For my last 3 meals of the day I try to keep my carbs minimal. The only source of carbs in those meals are veg. But how many carbs is too much? If I had 200g of brocoli with my omlette is that too many carbs to stop me burning fat? I avoid pasta, bread and potatoe's in those 3 meals. In each of those 3 meals I have 30g protein, 50g fat and carbs come to about 5-10g. Does that seem right?
