What do you think of my daily intake?

Right, as i am just trying to get a bit leaner for the summer months i have been working on my diet.
I just thought i would have a look at what my daily intake is and work from there.
Without writing everything i eat, it works out as the following -

24 years old, 5'10, 170 pounds

Calories - 2199
Protein - 184g
Carbs - 357g
Fat - 45g

All this is my daily average, including my cheats throught the day

Cardio is cycling to/from work each day = 1 hour 30min (ish) then in the gym weight training 4 times per week, mon tues thurs fri
Sometimes cycling first thing in a morning on an empty stomach

My aim is to strip as much fat as possible

If i was any good on computers i would get a picture up for some opinions

Any opinions on how to improve?

Re: What do you think of my daily intake?

Could probably do with what you are actuallys eating and when, its fine when you say x ammount of fat but if half of that fat is coming from a couple of mars bars at dinner then theres a problem. Then theres what types of fats ? Same applys for carbs.

Your food should be evened out throught the day and should be slow digesting foods, complex carbs, good fats, and taken with protein to aid the slowing of digestion.
