| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: LOSING BODY FAT SO I CAN SEE MY ABS. you state you want to get bigger are we just talking abs or just general mass? if you want your abs then cut, cardio and clean diet bulking, then lots of carbs proteins and GOOD fats with a heavy training routine, but this takes time, and then cut but if its just abs you are looking for do cardio with sit ups and leg lifts every weekday, thats just a general workout plan.... very general in fact
