Re: How long?

well....

see that bit of string there.......

it really is something that depends on so many variable factors that nobody would give any definable times... you should see results after a month for sure, using a tape measure as well as scales...

ok mate, im no good with exact amounts but here i go, this is my normall diet now while cutting

9am - Bowl of cereal, bannana, 2 slices of wholemeal toast with jam and a protein shake

11am wholemeal pasta with a tin of tuna

pam - jacket potato with low fat cottage cheese and protein shake

4pm - 4 slices of wholemeal bread and tin of tuna

6pm Training (cardio or weights)

8pm Chicken breast with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

That is just a rough estimate, to be honest sometimes the times are a bit later then that and i mite not have the chiken and bread until about 21.30 is that bad while cutting?

And i may as well tell you my cardio regime

as i say 5 times a week i normally do

20mins on cycling machine
20 mins jogging

Cut out the bread IMO and cereal. Have some blended oats in your protein shake

11am wholemeal pasta with a tin of tuna

Ok

pam - jacket potato with low fat cottage cheese and protein shake

Have cottage cheese or a protein shake IMO dont have both

4pm - 4 slices of wholemeal bread and tin of tuna

Better off with Pasta again mate, bread is a poor choice

6pm Training (cardio or weights)

8pm Chicken breast with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Have it with Rice not bread

That is just a rough estimate, to be honest sometimes the times are a bit later then that and i mite not have the chiken and bread until about 21.30 is that bad wjile cutting?
Too much bread mate, and not enough good fats. Get some EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) or Fish oils in with every meal.

Try and do your cardio in the morning if you can.

Re: How long?

They are in capsules mate, normally 1000mg per cap. 2-3 with each meal is ok.

Holland and barrett do them - most supps companys do them...I use www.zipvit.co.uk they are called Omega 3,6,9 on that site. http://www.zipvit.co.uk/cgi-bin/vitc...currency=#A216

Cardio in the morning will aid your fat loss by speeding up your metabolism for the whole day. Have 250ml of Pure OJ and then cardio, then your breakfast Oats/Whey shake when you return.

If you buy your oats from http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product...od=131&xSec=24 then they are already blended and you can mix them with your whey.

Good luck mate

Re: How long?

Well I think it works, as for eating in to muscle mass....hmm I'd like to see that, ask anyone who is trying to slim down for a show and see when they do cardio...

As long as you have food in your belly its all good, the OJ will give you a few carbs.

It will raise your metabolism all day, that is a good thing.

Re: How long?

ignore the dosage on the fish oil bottle... its for your average bod rather than someone who is training and with known goals....
