Re: B12 injections?

from what i see you know your diet and training are rubbish yet you still want a quick fix to lose weight i will let you into a secret their is no quick fix B12 injections do not burn fat....fact
the only way you will get the lard off is to do cardio and have a good diet sorry to be blunt but if you want to lose weight then you would eat something at breakfast or at least have a protein drink and you would get up earlier and do some cardio from your post it seems that you want to lose weight but you cannot be bothered to put the effort in...

Re: B12 injections?

Stop putting currency in supplements and 'quick fixes' your diet is far more important.
Get it sorted, get results and then you can look at adding in things like B12.

Then get motivated! As it has been said already, diet/training should be sorted before resulting to things like this.

Re: B12 injections?

i have helped many women out with their diets they have all been successful and they all had kids at home, my older sister went from a size 22 to 12 in 10months with 3 kids at home so it can be done with the correct info and motivation.

Holy smokes that is a lot of weight to loose, your advice seems worthy of praise I have been following your posts especially in this section and am trying to school myself. It seems to be working and I am nearing a better overall state in terms of my "cutting" goals.
