Re: feedback on diet

Need a bit more detail on the various foods to be sure of how many calories you're taking onboard but as a quick observation I'd try to focus on:

Eating more 'whole foods' (i.e. cut back on the shakes)
Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables (It'll help keep you full on less calories)
Increase you protein intake (if needed, protein can increase your TEF - thermic effect of feeding by 30% so you'll burn more calories at rest)
Perhaps think about taking an essential fatty acid supplement like omega 3 fish oils, good for overall health and may even help with some fat loss.

Re: feedback on diet

  • Calories are way to low
  • No protein in breakfast
  • Too many shakes and not enough real food

1500kcals is fcuk all mate, you will be losing just as much muscle as fat.

Have a search on Pscarb's diet posts in this forum there is much to be learned from them.

Whey protein with oats, scrambled eggs, there are loads of options.

The point is you have without protein for 7-8 hours and you will be catabolic, you NEED protein ASAP.

TBH I would be concerned with losing muscle, you are only 12 stone so if you diet right down without keeping muscle you will simply be in the same phsique but at a lower weight (ie skinny fat)

As I said mate read Pscarb's posts mate there is some awesome info.
