another diet check

Would someone be kind and check my diet out. my goal is to drop bodyfat around my stomach while still trying to keep my mass around the rest of my body.

Ive done some steroid cycles, so if there is any that some of you reckon could help me out please say. thanks

I way 180 pounds and im 5"9

Breakfast.
1 scoop whey protien
3 hole eggs, 3 egg whites, scrambled
1 slice of granary bread
35g of oats with a little honey

off to the gym
Postworkout
2 scoops whey protien
1 tin of tuna
1 white roll

Lunch
some form of meat nomally 2-3 chicken breast
green salad

Dinner
Again meat normally chicken breast 2-3
green salad or mixed veg

Befor bed
1 scoop whey protien

the protein looks spot on, but id add in abit more carbs as you have barely any in there after lunch and maybe a long digesting protein source along with your shake before bed such as cottage cheese

i thought to drop bodyfat you needed to cut carbs alot

your right mate, in that case you'd be looking at a show prep diet, id say just eat clean and up your cardio, if thats you in your avi your far from fat

yeah thats me. the rest of my body is ok its just a little bit round my stomach cant seem to shift it. Ive run out of ideas
