![]() | Update Hi guys, Well firstly I'd like to thank everyone (especially pscarb and britbb), you were all so helpful and nice to me (eventually )A little update for me, nearly 2.5 weeks into my exercise and dietary plan and I've lost a whopping 6lb absolutely effortlessly! It's been easy, I have to say, once I got used to not eating the crap for the first few days of course! I'm definately getting a better shape already, can see a little definition, and am getting quite addicted, I love the way it makes me feel! Thanks again to all, I will keep you all updated on my progress! Jules x |

The advice here is superb (which is why Im still here after all this time lol) but your results are down to YOU and YOUR hard work. The guys here can only arm you with the knowledge, it is you that has to put that knowledge into practice. 6lbs is an ideal rate of fat-loss over nearly three weeks, don't be too impatient to hed more, it wasn't put on overnight and it won't come off in the same time. Be patient and persistent and you will hit your goals! GOOD LUCK! |
