right, im sure im not the only male here that is put under the pressure of the question 'do i look fat' from their women!

right now i want to shoot her:gun:


ive drawn up three workout tables for her including swimming and walking the dog etc and proper foods, and within two weeks she doesn't do them

shes doesn't want to tone up as such, though she says she does, she more moans about her 'flubby belly and huge thighs' as she puts it

it doesn't bother me, but what bothers me is her going on about!:crazy:

so to the women here and the guys of course as i know alot of you do cardio

what do you advise for a workout in terms of lowering body fat %

just to clarify though so i dont come across a complete ****! im not bothered by appearance, this is just a last chance to get a decent workout to stick to and to keep my insanity!

Give her your credit card and drop her off at the highstreet mate. You wont see her for about 3 weeks ,untill your broke but all that walking and trying on clothes will burn all her fat

common problem, without Jedi mind skills I fear any program or advice you give that requires effort behind putting two fingers down the gullet or a crash diet will get you nowhere.

hah i suppose a student loan has its benefits!

she hasn't got any weights

Try and do somthing togeather, like cardio related.

Or just drag her along to the gym with you and dump her in the womans section and get on with your own workout - shes bound to do somthing in the time there. just keep a eye on the waiting area to make sure she hasnt snuck out to read the magazines and chat with the desk bird/bloke.

Dude, it sure is strange...

The girl I'm seeing at the moment is a size 8 and even now some of her clothes are turning out to be too big for her - she's aiming for a 6....theres nothing of her!

To be honest, just get her doing 'fun' things mate - most women lose focus after a while

I'm a PT so train the girl different all the time and fun/challenging things - her fav is boxercise. Also maybe training with her would help too?

To give you an idea of how well the boxercise and stuff has worked but at how she's mad at wanting to lose more - heres a pic from last week;

aye i keep telling her it'll never happen unless she wants to do it

ill confront her with a 'BRAND NEW AMAZING QUICK WORKOUT' which actually will be exactly the same thing moved around

ill get her some cheap ladies dumbbells from town just so shes got something to work with

aye she used to have exactly the same build, she then got into a weird i eat less food but i can eat just junk because its still less

working together would be the best bet but she lives 9 miles away and doesn't drive, so itll cost me dogs bollocks to pick her up and take her back over here, no gym over her side of the water

cheers for the quick replies though, im actually struggling to keep up with them!!!

shes got a mate who wants to lose weight aswell so maybe they can motivate each other....... for the third time!
