Brisk walk

Will walking briskly for 30 minutes every morning(walking dog) help to lose weight.

Re: Brisk walk

Probably yes. At least it will be a good contribution. Do when you get up before breakfast.

Re: Brisk walk

Walk prior to eating breakfast.
30mins walk wont do any thing if you cant control your diet.

Re: Brisk walk

Oh aye, dont skip breakfast fella. Its a very important meal. Get up, take dog out, then come back and have it.

Mind, while the walk will do you (and the dog!) good, just make sure everything is right to go with it.

Re: Brisk walk

30 mins will work a treat mate. I've only done evening cardio for 30 mins this week 5 out of 7 days & I've deffo lost a couple of pounds, I can tell.

Just waiting to receive my bike (tomorrow hopefully) & I'll be doing the 30 mins in the morning mate. Can't wait TBH...
