Just abit unsure on wether this will effect me trying to lose some stomach fat. Im also unsure as to how many a day and at what time. It says one scoop on the box each serving, but thats only 16g of protein. I have been doubling and tripling and just having one after training when i get home. What should i do ? |

However don't rely on them try and eat as much solid food as possible. They will only contribute to fat gains if you are eating to excess,in which case, the extra cals will not be needed and,as such, will not be used positively.

| Still on the first step - its huge! | Re: Protein Shakes, eating healthier Indeed. I have a scoop of whey at breakfast (or before cardio). This is because I eat Oats. Ill also add a spoon of oil to my whey. Just remember that the whey is to supplement what you are not eating. So, I have it as I dont have protein with breakfast. I wouldnt have it if I had say eggs for breakfast instead. |

You can add fruit and yogurt to liven it up a bit and provide extra valuable nutrients. Cornflakes are a poor choice nutritionally, next to no fibre and a very high gi rating.
