Bulking diet into cutting??!

Hi all

Have been on this bulking diet now for 2.5 months. Have seen massive changes, put on over2 stone in mass and have added 1.5inches to my chest and 1 inch to my arms. Feel it is time to start cutting soon tho as have put on a bit of body fat and wanna be ripped for summer.

Just wonderin if you can point out the changes i need to make to my diet!

Cheers lads!


Meal one:

CNP pro mass shake pint with semi skimmmed milk.
Wheatabix/porride with milk.

Meal two:

400g Minced beef
1 oninon
1 tin toms
75g brown rice/pasta.

Meal three:

250g turkey thigh.
75g pasta/rice.
carrots
spinach.

Meal four:

Tin of tuna
75g rice/pasta
mayo.
half pint of semi skimmed milk.

Meal five:

Same as meal 3/4.

Meal 6:

350- 500g cottage cheese.
