Re: meal replacement drinks

They are designed for convenience or extra cals(easier to digest) when whole food is not available

They can be used as part of a weight loss programme(dependant on ingredient quality) however,it is your overall diet and training/cardio regime that will determine your goals.

Re: meal replacement drinks

As part of a cutting diet shakes can be useful. Esp if you make it a pro/fat meal.

1 scoop whey, 2 whole eggs and maybe a handful of nuts or fish oils would make a good pro/fat meal which could be used in a cutting diet.

But as a rule, pre packed MRP's are used for convenience as already stated.

Re: meal replacement drinks

I used the MP meal replacements. They came in handy for the last two weeks for a mid morning snack. And convinience some times when I was staying over the ex's to have as something when I woke up as well she didnt have good food!

I will be getting more next month and will prob have one a day as it contains a good amount of stuff and a great way to boost cals
