to much fat

before my injury last nov i got my body fat perc down to 21% and weighed in at 84kg (im 5ft 7)anyway started training really hard after 4 weeks off at the end of jan, i started on sci mentor t120 for a week and 200-250 g of protein (i week using mammoth 2500) and then back on to whey ,then i stacked t120 with halodrol for the past 4 weeks.

my diet is below.

am.
t120 and halodrol
50g protien shake
cerial with skimmed milk and honey.

mid morn .
mixed fruit.


lunch.
t120 and halodrol
large plate salad (tuna etc no mayo or cream)



mid aft.
halodrol.
50g wight gain mammoth 2500


4pm
super pump 250
gym

5.30 protien 50g straight after training


6.30- 7
brown rice with tuna or prawns mixed with veg and cottage cheese.


bedtime, protien 50g and halodrol

ive drink 2 litres + of water a day. no chocolate co crap ive tried my hardest. cardio 2-3 mornings a week on a empty stomach and weights 3 times aweek ..but im now 91kg with a 25%bf and a extra inch around my waist. where have a i gone wrong

Too many supps containing simple sugars for my liking.

No fat(need efa's) and not enough veg.

Porridge with water for breakfast.

Drop the mid morning fruit(replace with protein/fibrous carb or efa)

my new diet.

7am.
5 egg whites 1 whole egg scrambled (or porridge oats with water and honey )and 1 oat cake and 25g protein

10am
2 oatcakes with low fat cottage cheese

12pm
1 whole chicken and apple

1.30
25g protein shake

2pm 2 oatcakes with cottage cheese

4pm
1 oatcake
25g protein shake and super pumpo 250 and gym


5.30-6pm
50g protein after workout

7.30 tuna or white fish with veg(leeks and spinach and celery)


10pm 1 oatcake with cottage cheese and 25 g protein shake.

3 fish oil caps- muti vits -milkthistle and 500mg trib

cheers will do, back in the gym at 6am tomorow for some cardio after getting rid of this cold, not been since friday
