Food intake Log
Sat March 15 '08
Breakfast - 2 x Weetabix with whey protein drink poured on top
Mid morning snack - Pineapple cottage cheese + spoonful of peanut butter + 4 grapes.
Lunch
Afternoon snack
Evening Meal -
Supper -

General Notes
Very strange not having a few beers last night but the good thing is i've not
the slightest hint of a hangover.

Also starting to look into maybe doing a Keto diet but I seem to be losing
weight on this regime so I think I'll just keep going.

Training Notes
No training today but have got some diy planned so that should keep me busy.

Sun March 16 '08
Breakfast - 2 x Weetabix with whey protein drink poured on top
Mid morning snack - Pineapple cottage cheese
Lunch - 2 rounds of cheese on toast
Afternoon snack - Whey protein with water and spoonful of peanut butter
Evening Meal - Pasta with veggies + Banoffee Pie (my only cheat the whole week)
Supper - Cotttage cheese

Also had 1 33cl bottle of beer at a concert I went to.


Training Notes
Relax day. Time to rebuild the cells ready for another week or hard training.

Mid morning snack - Cottage cheese
Lunch - 1 egg sandwich
Afternoon snack - Cottage cheese
Evening Meal - Pasta + Veggie meatballs
Supper - Cottage cheese

+ the odd apple and banana throughout the day.

Training Notes
Did a full body workout today and have still managed to increase on some exercises. Great news.

Lost 4lb in weight. Yay

Food intake Log
Tues March 18 '08
Breakfast - Whey protein drink with milk and oats
Mid morning snack - 3 boiled eggs

train.

Lunch - 1 x whey drink. 1 egg and cucumber sandwich
Afternoon snack - 1 whey protein with water, banana
Evening Meal - Omelette with veggies
Supper - Cottage cheese

Training Notes
Planning to do 10 mins warm up run on treadmill and then burpies. It's going to kill me.

Okay. Did 10 mins quite fast (for me) on the treadmill and then attempted burpies.
Manage to do around 1 minute before I had to lie down.
I then rested for 5 mins and had another go. Did 3 bouts in total. It was hard.

General Notes
Weighed myself again this morning and i've lost more weight. Now I'm 210lb.

Woke with a stiff neck this morning but still intend to train.
Update: Training went well. Still improving on some of my lifts.

General Notes
Am now down to 209 lb so have lost 7 lb.
