clear is on a distinguished road
cutting diet - is it ok?

Hi I’m new to this site and am looking to start cutting. I’ve been bulking for a few months.
I’m 32 13.5 and 5’11”
Training 3 days split with 3 days 45 hiit cardio am unfueled

100g oats in skimmed Milk
6 egg whites 1 yolk
25g raisins
15ml flax

Shake:
Micellar Casein and Whey (Nutrisport 90+)
banana
15ml peanut butter
in water
salad/veg

130g tuna
salad/veg
handful of cashews

Shake:
Micellar Casein and Whey (Nutrisport 90+)
banana
15ml peanut butter
in water
salad/veg

Train

PWO
50g Whey
25g Malt
25g Dex
5g Glut
creatine

100g rice or pasta
130g tuna or 100g chicken breast
salad/veg
handful cashews

Prebed
200 cottage cheese
15ml flax
