![]() ![]() | Okay, I'll try to keep this brief. I have been using ECA almost constantly (and rather OD'ing from what I've learnt since commencing posting here) and I rather like the buzz it gives me. It allows me to continue my, rather pathetic (it's so pathetic I'm too embarrassed to reveal what it is I do, but it's probably completely ineffectual), workout for up to 2 hours. Now, I appear to have become tolerant to it (I've had to keep doubling the dosages to get any real benefits and it takes longer and longer for it to 'kick in'.) Since posting here, I've begun to do some research into the benefits of the clen/T3/T4 stack and am really interested in giving it a shot, the only thing dissuading me at the moment is the price (I found a site - ******* - selling a 'kit' (100 clen (20mcg)/200 cytomel (80mcg)) for ****. So, Sarah has questions: Does this represent good value-for-money What dosage should I be looking at to begin with for it to be effective Can it be comboed with ECA, or is it recommended to keep that as a separate cycle How many times a day should it be taken Is the dosage/number of times different for a woman How long PWO should it be taken (I have been finding that I have to take my current ECA (24/400/300) anything up to an hour prior or it just does nothing.) How long should a cycle last? I have read that it MUST be combined with taurine, or it will prevent the liver converting T4 to T3 - true or false? If so, would knocking back a can of Red Bull (or supermarket own brand equivalent) be sufficient? I have found that RB (not tried any SOBs - I believe Asda does something called Blue Bull, and I've seen others with names variant on Taurine (Taurus, Toro, etc)) has tended to give me nasty headaches in the past (I've not had a can for yonks, so I don't know if that would be the case now) - would that be down to the taurine, caffeine, or A.N. Other?can't see it being the caffeine, as I drink caffienated drinks (not cola though - I try to avoid anything containing artificial sweeteners, except Xylitol-contaning gum; if I ceased chewing Orbit Complete, J.B. Wrigley would suffer a severe stock-market crash! I chew 2/3 sticks a day (trying to limit to 2 so I can make a 14-stick, 70p pack last a week! My sister suggested breaking the sticks in half to limit it to 1 a day, but I just find half too small!) Excess Xylitol is supposed to have a laxative effect; all I can say is I wish it damned fecking well would! I don't want to go into too much detail, for obvious reasons, but I have been constipated for about a month now (don't ask me how I relieve it - that's definitely TMI!). I would like to think I have a varied diet, which is high in fibre (I have cut my egg intake down to just 1 or 2 a week because I know the effect they can have on your toilet habits). Could it be linked to prolonged ECA Is the price I've quoted above representative? Note I am not asking for sources (I'm fully aware of the rules) but I am very interested in learning. I am in receipt of £145pw (this rises to £150 at the beginning of next month). I was getting closer to £200pw, but the benefits agency decided that I was awarded something to which I wasn't entitled (the sole reason that I'm living with my parents and, apparently, it's only to be awarded to disabled living alone. Quite why my living with my folks makes me any the less severely disabled than if I wasn't, they are unable to tell me). Anyway, I'm too ill to argue the toss, so I've just had to take it on the chin. I reckon I have 3 doses of ECA left (based on the fact I only have 9 8mg E tabs left). The frustrating thing is that I've seen bods posting that they've bought pure eph in 30mg tabs "really cheap" and I can't ask for sources. The only place I've ever found it is selling it at ******************). I can't afford to shell out all that in one go. A 50-tab pot is £********3 pots will set you back ******** so it's not cost effective. If I was doing 3 WOs a day (I'm not - I'm struggling at two) then that's ********, 15p on C and 6p on A. Total: - ********. Multiply that up by 30 (roughly a month in my book) and that's ********. I said I'd try to keep this brief - another porky, sorry! So, for effective fat loss (I have no idea what my current BF% is; I have a set of FatTrackII calipers which take 3 site readings: - upper arm, iliac crest and anterior of the leg - all measurements to be taken down the RHS (no idea why - can someone enlighten me?) and, according to its calculations, my BF is 9.1% (I measured 5mm in all 3 places 2 days ago) but I have another chart, which came with an eBook I purchased, which just relies on the iliac crest measurement and, according to that, 5mm is 15.32%.Depending on how I'm feeling, I do one of 3 things: - Add them together (i.e. 24.42) Accept the single iliac crest measurement (15.32) Average them (i.e. 12.21) I have dismissed the FTII reading as ludicrous because there is just NO WAY I'm that ripped - it's impossible. :flypig: Any advice would be, as always, extremely welcome. I know my diet's not up to snuff, but I'm trying to sort one thing at a time (any more than that and what remains of my brain will go into spasmodic meltdown). | 5 and half stone down, 4 and a half more to go! | Re: Any stack advice would be more than welcome I dont think you can post links like that :( - not for clen any way! Personaly I think pills should be the last thing, Diet and Cardio should be sorted first before this kinda stuff. |

After a couple of weeks off you'll be ready to go again. Do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or soemthing along those lines. I think clen, T3 is for more advanced training tbh as both can be dangerous if taken wrong. |

This has been asked in another one of your threads. In all due respect, I think your trying to find the 'quick fix'. Try his diet & when you start to stall, maybe consider ECA stack. |

Start with clen at 20mcg and taper up by 20 mcg every 4 days until you hit your tolerance level. Can it be comboed with ECA, or is it recommended to keep that as a separate cycle? Clen and ECA compete for the sme receptors so a waste of time combining them, cycle each for 2 weeks at a time. How many times a day should it be taken? Depends on the dose Is the dosage/number of times different for a woman? Not really but women are usually lighter and have a lower tolerance level, I would hazard a gues that women should stay below 100mcgs How long PWO should it be taken (I have been finding that I have to take my current ECA (24/400/300) anything up to an hour prior or it just does nothing.)? Absolutley not that stuff is loaded with sugar and I think this question shows you are putting far too much currency in meds and very little in your diet. To be honest I think you need to slow down! Posting a million threads isn't going to help, I suggest you try doing some research about diet training and ergogenics and then come at the issue from a more informed position.
