ECA

Was going to try ECA stack, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, after my current cycle of Sust and Tren. Will probably just do 8 weeks in total (4 weeks ECA, 4 weeks Clen)

Never done ECA before but was going to try 20mg/200mg/75mg 3 times per day.

My question is are all ephadrine 20mg per tab though ?
I bought 1000 of them as they were quite cheap, but if they are 20mg tabs I will have about 900 left over

TBH i've only seen ephedrine in 30mg tabs.

Typical premixed ECA stacks have 200mg/25mg/30mg Caffeine/Asprin/Ephedrine per tablet and I'd usually take 3 per day.

If I were you, as you don't know how strong these are then I'd try taking one on its own and see what happens, if that's ok then try 2 .... as there is nothing worse than overdosing on ephridrine - you feel sick, dizzy yet wired and uncomfortably dehydrated for hours.

You'll have a load left over I'm sure but its good to build a stash for a rainy day!

Re: ECA

also I'd do 2 weeks Clen, 2 weeks ECA for 8 weeks not 4 week cycles.

That's what I meant. Probably didn't make it very clear though.
Cheers.

Re: ECA

they will still be useful... you may want to run the stack again....

i'm alternating clen and eca fortnightly with a 2 week break every 8 weeks just to try and stabilise a bit....

Re: ECA

lol...

i would love to do pre breakfast cardio..... it all depends which layby I have slept in as to which type of exercise I can do....

If I have an empty trailer then it is a reasonable empty space for jogging on the spot, push ups, bw squats etc.. if it is loaded then I'm a bit stuck for space most of the time... you certainly don't want to be getting on the ground in most british laybys with the shyte in carriers, the bottles of pi$$ and all other rubbish on the deck... and you really can't just go walkabout leaving the lorry unattended...

Re: ECA

oh yes.... steady eddie driver no less..... beware after dark.. it may be me terrorising the cars up and down the country....

I do try and get cardio in, even if it is just walking. Parking at the goole tesco distri centre is my favourite... i can walk easily from the m62 to the centre of goole market and back... 6 mile walk and the lorry is safe on site. lichfield is the same and so is chesterfield but magor is a no no cos you can't park securely. Livingston is just a pain in the butt and carlisle is not particularly pleasant...

other than that.. burpees, thrusters, push ups, jogging on the spot... If I could skip I would.... I have a rope, just not the coordination to jump it...
