Thumbs up losing fat but not muscle!

Hey really would appreciate any help with this! Im new to the site for starters so hello to everybody! Im 5"9, 12st 8lb, and 10.7% bodyfat (prob more like 12-13 as i dont really trust the measuring machines at my gym) anyways iv been training now about 14 months and have made some nice gains in size and strength, i currently eat well and take protein shakes and met-rx nos creatine for extra help. Im looking to lose more bodyfat and look lean particulary around my midsection, but i am worried about losing muscle that iv worked so hard for! i lift 4 x a week on mon, tue, wed, fri and do a boxing circuit on thursdays. 1st: is this to much (train different bodyparts each session? and 2nd: how can i keep my size and strength but get my bodyfat down enough to sufficently show good ab development?

Any help would be great, thanks
