Tuna post

Sorry guys
didnt mean to post that tuna message. Wanted to ask about something like diet drinks - eg coke being ok on a low carb cycling diet. The tuna reference was a note for a further question later. Ooops.

Anyway
diet drinks - zero carb - diet pepsi max etc.

Your thoughts?

Hi
what juice? do you mean juice that you make up - sugar free. Surely not fresh juice like from a carton?

thanks
