![]() | early morning run? i normally do a 5 mile run first thing on a sat morning, wieghts mon,wed, fri. it takes me around 40 mins to complete my jog. i am keeping it at a steady pace as i don't want to burn off all the weight training during the week. is this cardio to much or should i just do a brisk walk instead? just looking to add a bit of size and shed some fat not that i have much just want to be more leaner my diet and weight training is good cheers |

![]() | Re: early morning run? cheers for the feed back. i thought running and walking the same distance burns the same amount of calories but by running it keeps burning more after you have stopped, is this true? i also have an exercise bike in the house if the weather is pi$$ing down could this be an option and would i do 30-40 mins at alight pace also? or could i do a 15 min 10k burst? with taking burning all my weight training? cheers again |
