on the right track???

Hi all

Any comments criticism or help you guys want to give would be good,
i've just started a cutting deit i'm now on my 4th week i'm down from 109kg to 98kg i'm 6ft and 28yrs old i can't notice much of a differance in the mirror just wondering if i'm on the right track here's my training and diet over the last 4 weeks,

DIET

i've cut my carbs down to 150g a day, protein 400g, fats 80g i stick to this 6 days a week mon to sat, on sunday i re-feed all stays the same accept carbs which i double to 300g day to day looks something like

6.30 60g whey in water
2 x scotch pancakes (30g carbs)

9.30 1 medium jacket ( about 135g)
1 tin tuna
60g whey in water

12.00 110g brown rice
180g chicken breast

2.00 110g brown rice
180g chicken breast

4.30 60g whey in water

5.00 train 45- 60mins weights (3 days per week), 40 mins cross trainer heart rate at steady 125-130bpm (5 days per week)

7.00 1 med jacket
180g chicken breast
small bag mixed veg

10.00 60g whey in water,

TRAINING

tue chest and bi's

thur back and tri's

sat shoulders and calvs ( can't train rest of legs at mo due to knee injury)

all large body parts 4 exercises 4 sets small body parts 3 exercises 4 sets sticking to compounds mainly,

like i said any views criticism or help would be great
