Carb Cycling

Just quick question I realise the normal pattern is low-high-medium something similar to that! Am wondering if anyone has had good results from just the simple pattern of low carb day (under 50 G) then High carb day (Low Fat).

Thanks Guys

Re: Carb Cycling

in his book chris aceto recommends 4-5 days low carbs then 1 day high carb and your normal bulking diet for a day evey 16 days. i think that was pretty much one of the first carb cycling diets.

Re: Carb Cycling

the majority of my pre-comp diet is the DB has laid out and it works very good, you need to slightly increase your good fats when you drop your carbs and then lower the GF when you raise the Carbs.

For me last year the values where....
Low - C100g - P350g - F120g
Medium - C250g - P300g - F75g
High - C500g - P200g - F50g

This has to be the $hittest day imaginable and I'm sure the only thing keeping you sane is the thought of the day after.
