Re: What you think of my current diet?

Hi mate, Ive been traing for 6 years now on and off. The last couple of years Ive done a few routines.

ABBH 1 + 2 routine by chad waterbury.
Bill Starrs 5x5 intermedete routine (done this 3 times) and Ive also done Bill Starr's 5x5 advanced routine. Ive had to come off Bill's heavy routines due to getting like 5 diffrent injuries in 6 weeks lol.

These were my 5x5 max lifts:
"all 5 reps"
squats ATG: 180kg
DL: 220kg
flat bench: 170kg
Incline bench: 140kg
Dips: BW + 60kg
BO Row: 140kg

So I switched up my routine to a higher reps to avoid injuries till I go back to higher cals.

My routine atm is this:

3x8
Workout 1:
Chest n back
BB bench
Incline DB press
Chest dips
BO row
T bar rows
Pullovers

Workout 2:
Legs
Back Squats
Lunges
seated leg raises
SLDL
standing calf raises
Seated Calf raises

Workout 3:
Chest n back
Deadlift
Chins
Close grip cable row
Incline BB press
Flat DB press
DB flyes

Workout 1:
Shoulders Bi's & tri's
Standing BB shoulder press
rear delt row
Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Arms will just do whatever I feel like, if there hammered I wont do them at all.
