The 300 Workout

Hey all, has anyone else tried this workout? Iv been doing it twice a week now for a month, im loving it its great for cutting up and getting explosive power, for those who haven't hurd of it this is the workout and the weights im using...

25 Pull Ups
50 Deadlifts (50KG)
50 Press Ups
50 Floor Sweepers (Lay on your back holding the bar you used for deadlifts and raise feet to each weight, one on each side = one rep.)
50 Box Jumps (I just use a bench roughley 40 inches high)
50 Clean and Press (17.5KG Dumbell 25 on each arm.)
25 Pull Ups.

The weights here are just what im using, increase or decrease as you see fit.

Re: The 300 Workout

Called "caveman" training in some circles. Lots of the UFC fighters do it, and I love the UFC.

If you can source Sean Sherks all access video he shows you some of the things he does, same kind of things you see on the 300 extras. Flipping tires, overhead log cutting etc... They keep changing it up, sometimes daily to keep the body guessing so it can't adapt.

Speaking of 300 anyone else thinking Gerrad buttler used "enhances". He got alot bigger than the other guys and looks a right tubby bitch at the moment. I can talk lol.
