![]() | Starting From Scratch Hello there and thanks for having me on the forum lads and ladies. I'm a newbie, starting out, had a membership to the gym had it for 2 months, and I now want to start body building, and have a decent result for when I immigrate to Aussie land in 2 years. I'm hoping to start the diet tomorrow, I was trying to find a diet plan that I can follow although all this 180 g carbs, protein is confusing me slightly, I know that less calories is good and more protein is better. I want to do this and I am serious about what I want from life. Can anyone help me out, just to get that start, id say that I was a tad too heavy 5ft 11inch 80 kgs Bit of a small ring forming round the belly and its beggining to get uncomftable. So now I want to begin a healthy, bodybuilding, result showing diet. Thanks for all comments. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Starting From Scratch Welcome Darnn ![]() Yours is a typical first post and as such id advise you first do plenty of research regarding diet and training by searching the relevant sections in this forum, all the info for meal idea's and timings are there. You basically need to start the day with a healthy breakfast and then eat little and often every 3 or 4 hrs throughout the day to keep your body supplied with nutrients and to keep your metabolism ticking over. With the exception of Post workout(PWO) base all meals around complex carbs, lean proteins and good fat's. Post both your current daily food intake and proposed workout regime in the correct sections for help and advice.
