![]() | Hi guys, i am a bit of a noob on this site, and a bit of a noob to bodybuliding, i am not a muscle monster just a slightly over weight 61ft 1inc average gymer. I have neglected the gym for over 6 months and wasnt in the best shape anyway. Well i go to the gym and have started weight watchers....i have lost 10lbs over 4 weeks and about 5 of those days i drank for about 12 hours a day, my mate was back from afghan...anyway. i am taking it serously now and am using a bottle of tabs of HH(hydroxycut Hardcore). I have been doing HH for about 5 days started with 2 tablets once a day, was taking this stuff early morning about 6am and then about 1 hr later going to the gym doing. The first 3 days, i gym'd ok i also do 20 mins of cardio and then about 45 on two bodyparts and then swim for 20mins. The only things i felt were hazey for about 30 mins(not in the gym). got some flew sysmptoms on the 3rd day(but someone else did a diary and said he had these too), they passed after i hit the gym. On the 4th day i tried the double dose of 2 tablets twice a day, nothing special happened although i did sweat more in the gym played golf on the 5th day, forgot to take 2nd dose, but felt good all day. Well thanks for reading cos now i have the good news !!!!5th day fooking amazing, went on the tread which i hate( and never enjoy and always count the mins thats why i do 20 mins only), well i was like the fooking terminator, totally focussed i ran comfortably for 20 mins then felt so good started some sprints at 95% for 1 minute followed by 65% for another minute and then walking fast for 1 minute at about 40%. I did this 3 times till 30 mins which is amazing for me, i could of carried on but thought best take it easy with this new found energy. i also need to add i was taking the tabs on the first 4 days about 1 hour before the gym, this i found was a mistake, on the 5th day i took it only 5mins before workout and sweated like a bitch on heat. i have found it frustrating to find much info on HH and if it works, a lot of people have said it doesnt so i will try and keep u up to date if ur interested. I am not the best diary writer this is my first one so bare with me. i get weighed every thursday hope this helps. Oh by the way u earn more pointes with weigh****cher if u excercise so i use protein shakes and viper on training days with extra points i get. |
