Tummy Fat yet 6 pack

I have quiet a bit of tummy fat and it really bulges up when i sit down . When im stood up it is just a bit further out then the waste of my pants.

But when i look in the mirror i have a 6 pack, not the best 6 pack but its visible. Just think this is weird.

Also have some good love handles on me haha
Going to have to get some more cardio in.

before i read this i was lukin at my belly, proper seems fat when im sat down but not too bad when im stood up, i can see my abs through it quite well! its best to have some fat anyways, cos if ya run outa food yall still be laffin for a few weeks

Its a good mirror yano. The mirror at the gym was the same haha.

Its just im a bit conscious of it.
What solid cardio should i do to try and drop it ?
Swimming and treadmill preferably.

Im also trying to cut out fast food, crisps and chocolate from my diet and add in more things like steak, pork chops, chicken fahjithas instead of nuggests, strips etc.

you said it ur self mate but unless u wona get in to some serious shape i wouldnt giv up the fast food for ever once every week aint bad lol just think chocolate and chrisps do nithing at all 4 you, treadmill is always good 3 times a week 30min i recon but it really depends how ripped u wona be just cut out the sh1t and do a bit ov cardio if u dont do much just up it and u will c results, it sounds like u only hav a bit ov body fat.
