![]() | 2 weeks Out from diet In 2 weeks time on march the 4th am going to start cutting for 16 weeks (4months) which should bring me into july. The main aim of the cutting phase is to bring my bf% down from 20% into 8%-10% range and also improve my fitness level slightly well trying to maintain the mass muscle that's been gain. Am 21 years old standing at 6 feet 1 , Current weight 16 stone 3lbs roughly 104kg. My bulk diet looks like this Moaning 7-8 100g Oatmeal with 100g yourut over the time of it. 8.30 Reflex protein shake 50g protein 11-12 100g salad with 1-2 cans tuna or Reflex protein shake 50g protein or 2-3 wraps with chicken and salad or With fruit 2-3 Reflex protein shake 50g protein 5-6 100g paste or brown rice with 50g-100g chicken or gammon 7 20ish post wokeout shake muscle tech nano vapour gym 7 -8.30 After show at gym protein bar or Reflex protein shake 50g protein 9-10 100g oatmeal 11 4 eggs on 2 bits of toast 12-1 protein shake before bed Roughly 200-400g protein 200-400 carbs 40-70g I think I take in close to 4000cals Any advise would be great am looking to drop bodyfat , Will be doing moaning cardio on empty stomach 20-40mins then 10-30mins cardio after weights. Thanks
