![]() | duration of carb cycling decided to do the carb cycling thing to drop some weight .started nov 2007 and and have dropped from 15 st to 13.5 stone .i have not been megga strict but my weight seems to have balanced out at 13.5 stone . i am just starting to see my abs but there is still a bit of fat around my outer pecs .question is how long should i stay on this diet ?.i feel really good on it and feel a lot healthier and more energetic . i know i have lost a bit of size as people have comented but i know i was carrying too much fat anyway.and i do look better with my shirt off now ?lol |

![]() | Re: duration of carb cycling your right.its probably the best ive eaten for the last 5 years .i have lost a bit of size but i do not feel bloated anymore.t shirts are looser and im needing a belt with my 34 " jeans now .there is no point in being big ,but scared to take your shirt off because there is too much lard there. would i be right in saying that if i carry on like this what i do gain in size will be lean muscle as long as i keep the protein high.are ther any negative sides?i have a prolapsed lumbar disc and my sciatica has been a bit better since i have dropped the weight also. i would be interseted in doing a cycle now i have lost the lard .what would you suggest ? i have done 1 cycle 3 years ago sus and decca for 8 weeks with good gains .i did not proceed as back surgery got in the way.wish i had done this carb cycling years ago thanks |

![]() | Re: duration of carb cycling honestly .it really works .i did 5 days low 2 days re feed.i was really bulky before and now i can see what i have avhieved from all these years of lifting .must add though it does get to you when your clothes are alot looser . you do loose a bit of size .but its quality not mass |

![]() | Re: duration of carb cycling try reading ps-carbs post at the top of the page.it really does work .when i said low i did it with hardly any carbs as possible on the low days .the stricter you are the better the results. thanks |
