So the mrs asked for a diet / lifestyle eating plan

ive had a bit of a read around and she said she would like to tone her legs and stomach (like all females).. not like she has much bf to shed but she wants to lose a little bit anyway.. pretty happy with her body currently though. just a small goal.

so ive been reading around and am looking at getting her on a carb cycle for a month or so and then changing back into more of a lifestyle eating plan. she eats quite well currently.. 5 meals a day (the 3 mains and 2 snacks).. always eggs for breakfast (scrambled, fried, omelette, poached). something like rice cakes and dip or yoghurt or something simimlar for a snack.. lunch is usually a basic meat like tinned tuna and salad, 2nd snack is usually dried fruit and nuts. dinner is usually some cooked meat and steam veg or salad.. etc..

so she eats fairly clean as it is, but to shock her body a little and shed the extra bf i was thinking of the cycle.. not knowing a heap about it apart from what ive read about on here, im assuming your basically cycling the carbs on a daily basis, but eating the same amount of calories?

so mon no, tue med, wed high, thurs low etc etc.. is that correct?

does anyone have an example of one they have used in the past that i could have a look at that will help me out?
