![]() | Want to Loose Weight + Keep Muscle Hi all,. Need some advice on loosing weight while keeping muscle. I am male 22 6ft0 15stone, been gyming for a couple of years and have made decent muscle gains through protein and creatine. when i started i was about 11.5-12stone. unfortunately i have also packed on some unwanted fat along the way and i am looking to loose about a stone roughly of fat while keeping the muscle i have gained. - I also want to try and achieve this in 4 months (as i am trying to look good before i go away). so is this feasible? can and how is it done? But to answer your question, a clean negative calorific diet, regular weight training and cardio and your goal is easily acheivable. What is your current diet and training?

![]() | Re: Want to Loose Weight + Keep Muscle Each training session lasts around an hour and a half , I change it up quite a bit but I do keep a record of weights lifted etc. One Session I will hit Chest, Triceps, Shoulders. Another Session I will hit Biceps, Traps, Delts. One month I will do 5x5 rep-set ratio , then 3x10 another month. - I dont do much leg work as my legs are large from other sports i have done in the past - I may hit them once a month. My Diet Ratio is around 45%p/40%c/15%f |

Can you post up the exercises you do... Can you post up the food you eat... You are limiting your natural capability by not training legs. Deads/Squats release lots of lovely natty Test & GH... Train legs... Trust me...

Now they are getting monsterous! I love the way the look now and the power I have in them. So I will back up what TH&S says, train legs even if you think they are uber.
