Cheese - Good or Bad?

Hi all, well I have been doing really well with my weight loss but I want to know about Cheese.

I generaly have cheese with a meal in the morning, and maybe lunch time - not loads but a fair bit how good or bad is cheese for you? I mean im continuing to loose weight but if it is bad then I will cut it out - I read some where it has good fats in it? Which is why I been eating it -.-

Thanks.

Re: Cheese - Good or Bad?

Fats and proteins are excellent for fat loss as long as you are not eating them with carbs.

Re: Cheese - Good or Bad?

Mate thats the breakfast of a king! Go for it man!
Eat as much fats and proteins as you want within your calories.
There are a few rules though;
Only whole fat from whole sources eg, meat, coconut oil etc mince, salmon, mackrel oily fish in general.
Get loads of eggs in you
dont fry with vegetable oil or canola or heat processed oils as these are the worst for you (very dna cell damageing from oxidants)
don fry with olive oil as that is a very sensitive oil due to the high plyunsaturates and mono unsaturates
allways fry with butter/beef dripping as the saturated fat molecule is more stable at high heat and therefore bette for health (less oxidant damage)
