![]() | loosing weight and body fat hi, im currently doing 6 cardio days aweek, a hour a day, and according to the machines i burn over 900kcal a day. ive lost about 2 stone so far, and now taking a fat burner and l cartine tabs, my diet is very low kcal and low carbs but high protein 2 weetbix 127kcal chicken pasta snack-366kcal 30 protein about 40carbs chicken omlet 35 protein-305kcal protein bar 235 kcal 30 protein train and a meal with protein and carbs in aprox 600kcal but i no this isnt alot but could this be holding me back orrr???? i dnt feel tired at all, i feel energetic all day and always recover ???
