![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | kickboxer needs to drop the fat hey people id be thankfull for some advise im a kickboxer and need to keep weight for a up and comming fight but im very flabby at the moment i can barley see my top two abs i am 5'11 and 170lbs but will have to be 168lbs on the day of fight as ammatures get weighed an hour before fight its not good to dehydrate or ill get beat lol what type of food should i be eating to shift some flab quickly at the moment i thought id be oosing it second by second as i eat porride with fruit and nuts mixed in for breakie or weetabix, then a sarnie for lunch after the gym then a tea paccked with veg . but i seem to be still flabby although changing very slowly. thanks guys and try not to lay into me too much lol im new to this ![]() |

| Angry face Rar! lol | Re: kickboxer needs to drop the fat So you eat 3 times a day? To be honest mate you really need to be eating 6. I have dropped now just under 6 stone - I know Im slightly different than you but eating more meals is better as your body does not think its going in to starvation mode so your less likely to store it. Also what CV do you do? I took up kick boxing monday - brilliant cardio but what else do you do? A great way I found of dropping fat was am cardio - waking up and doing 30 mins bike/run what ever.
