| Angry face Rar! lol | Potato Or Bread? Hello all short and sweat post. I currently having 6 slices of bread 2 for breakfast and 4 for lunch. I can swop the 2 in the morning for readybrek or something and I was wondering should I swop my 4 at lunch for potato? Like potato chicken extra Light mayo Just some one reconed bread is not to "good" for you and I should seek other substitutes so the helpful bugger did not tell me what! Or should I stick to bread? Remember I want to loose weight!

![]() or microwave the sweet spud and scoop out the inners and add a little olive oil and mash up with a fork...sweet potato mash! yummy! altho the skin has good benifits too... so eat that as well!
