Well 1 hour and I get to try my spiced mash sweet potato! I also got a tub of tuna incase I need something extra later from being hungry!

When you say eat sweet potato,how much potato are we talking here,can you eat as much as you like ?

I am not a expert but I am having 2xmedium sweet potatoes boiled with chilli powder on them I have that for lunch

depends on your daily calorie requirements and also your broken down macro ratio!

The best thing to do is workout how many calories you need for your gaol either gaining or losing weight and than work into that the ratio of carbs, fats and also protein then split it into how many meals you have then thats how much you need if you know what i mean :confused:

all's macro means m8 its short for macro nutrients e.g protein carbs and also fats usually in a ratio of something like 40/40/20 or what ever to meet your goals

so if you hear some1 mention macros they just basically mean macro nutrients or as i said a breakdown of protein, carbs and fats!

Does that make sense?
