Losing fat takes time effort and patients. You can't expect your whole diet and training routine to be personally taillored for your benefit. TH&S has given you some sound advice, but it's up to you to build on this advice. Search the forums and the internet for information it's all there it's just a matter of finding it. Good Luck |
