cardio toning and weights will all help but you should sort out your diet and use a protien drink a couple of times a day when training ,look on the diet threads for some ideas on what to eat to help you loose weight
and just doing more exerscise is going to help greatly.
its been said before but remember beef crisps have more protien than cheese and onion lol

Why doesn't your gym have free weights....?

3 day split:

Monday:

Deadlifts 5x5
Rows 5x5
Lat Pulldown Machine 5x5

Wednesday:

Squats 5x5
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 5x5

Friday:

Incline Bench 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Close Grip Bench / Dips 5x5

No offence mate but you don't seem to be putting a lot of effort into your resarch.

Losing fat takes time effort and patients. You can't expect your whole diet and training routine to be personally taillored for your benefit.

TH&S has given you some sound advice, but it's up to you to build on this advice.

Search the forums and the internet for information it's all there it's just a matter of finding it.
