![]() | PWO shake after cardio?? Just started out on my first attempt at cutting after bulking for some time, and have a question that someone will hopefully know the answer to... Im currently doing 30mins cardio after my usual resistance training routines on a 2000cal diet. How does this affect the contents of my PWO shake?? Im used to knocking back 35g whey, 55g maltodextrin and 5g creatine. Now that im cutting, should i be using a casein:whey combination? And should i reduce my simple carbs?? If so, to what values?! Thanks!! |
