wanting to reduce bodyfat

im currently 5ft 11" and around 14 and a half stone.. have checked a bmi scale and it says i should be around 13 stone or there abouts.. im currently taking creating to build muscle but my question is if im trying to loose weight do i need to stop taking the creatine suppliment?

hahahhahaha i am nearlly 35 on the bmi scale any thing over 28 is counted as bad.
Either you want to get a muscular body or you want to be a stick pole with a good insurance rate its up to you

no creatine is fine even when trying to drop fat.im 5.10 and wheigh just under 16stone i to should be 12-13stone according to them things lol.but im a healthy wheight with low bf,keep yer diet clean and do cardio 3-4 times per week.

I have been training for a while not and am putting on good size. Can anyone recomend a good fat burner.

^^^^What Con said - that was your first mistake, mate. BMI is worthless for anyone who does any form of exercise that has an effect on muscles. Every member of any rugby team would be off the scale, for instance.
