Worried about loose skin

Hello all,
Well I am approaching the 5 stone mark in the weight I have lost. I still have a long way to go yet. My bells gone from a hard mass in to a jelly like mass now, which I can only thing as of good!

My one worry is about getting loose skin. How do I know if I am getting it or not? I really dont want to loose so much weight and look like a wierdo. Some guy I know recomended not drinking for two days, but to be honest I dont think I could do this not with all the cardio im doing and weights I think it would prob kill me!

4 stone 11 in litteraly 3 months, I lost the first 2 stone very quickly prob about the first month and have lost like a stone a month since then. Do you think ill be ok?

Thanks, happy new year to all!

Re: Worried about loose skin

Mate ive got loads of it. There are things you can do to shrink it temporary but all you can hope for is it goes in time which it may well do if you keep the weight off.
