Stage 2 on fatloss

Hi all, quite new to the boards. Been a member of an amercian site till i came across this one..

Started last oct at 19 stone and in 5 months lost over 4 stone. Ever since my weight has been balanced out at 14.11 for a good while now. After 3 weeks of non training due to rl probs im now gearing up for another war with my self to beat it. I put on 4-5 pounds during the time off and now i aim to beat my road block of 14.11 to loose near a stone before xmas.

Ill try get some before/now photo's up and keep you guys posted. Now i can do this so looking forward to a new change!

Re: Stage 2 on fatloss

Yep Oct 06 i started. took five months to loose just over four stone. And thats with having a cheat meal on the weekend also ie pizza etc. So you can still have something you enjoy more on the weekend..

people say how do you stay on a diet.. but steak, jacket potato and broccoli is yum.. there is all sorts of good healthy stuff out there.. all trial and error matey

So..of course you can do it. We should get a january competion running. Start/after pics and all keep people motivated to loosing weight.

When you trim down you will notice what muscle you have.

Re: Stage 2 on fatloss

Great progree there Adam.

Tbh with some minor improvements to your diet you could progress even further.

Just simple things like cutting out the milk. The porridge you have - you say sachet - does this mean it's instant? If so, bin it and get some proper oats.

But like I say - fantastic progress - Keep it up!

Re: Stage 2 on fatloss

well done adam...

same boat here... my block seems to be dead on 14.5 st though..... another stone by new year is what I'd like but realistically if I stay the same but reduce the bf% i'd be happy...

Powdered oats from one of the big supplement suppliers - 100g or so, shake with water & drink. Nice & quick. Tastes good too, if you like oats.
