Fat Burner supplements

Hi, im new to this and hoping some of you guys out there in the know can help. I broke my foot a couple of months ago and since then put on over a stone and im looking at getting a good fat burner supplement to assist in my training, I run 3 times a week and do some gym work maybe twice a week. Also im trying to build what I think is called lean muscle as I play football but what supplements if any should I take with the fat burner, I was thinking a long the lines of creatine.

Basicaly I want to lose weight but try and build a good physiq, can anyone help me in choosing a good fat burner.

Thanks for any replies I appreciate it

Gordon

Re: Fat Burner supplements

Fat burners are designed to raise the metabolism and burn calories but you can do this with regular meals and cardio.

Most OTC fat burners are pretty crap, I would go with natural stuff like green tea etc.

Remember diet is waaaaaaay more important than supplements.

I was about to type exactly the same as jock! Reflex green tea... leave it at that... and train! it wont happen in 1 week... and just when you think your not shedding any fat... thats when u need to dig deep and not lose belief in your cardio and diet... it will come off...i have been there! I've lost 3 stone of fat....and also... I broke my foot a few months ago too ;) good luck with it.

Re: Fat Burner supplements

One fatburner that sticks out is Dave Palumbo's Species brand - think its called lipolyze....it's different to most fat-burners as it has the chemical Usnic Acid in it - an un-coupling agent....but nowhere near as strong as something like DNP.

Worth a look at?
