![]() | WMS at Night Due to work constraints I currently have to carry out my weight training at around 7.45-8.30pm, after I have finished I normally have Protein Powder with Waxy Maize Starch, my re workout consists of 3 scoops of No Xplode. I do cardio in the morning at around 7am on a empty stomach. Will having WMS this late hinder my weight loss goals. If so, what other options are available as a pre workout shake. |
