WMS at Night

Due to work constraints I currently have to carry out my weight training at around 7.45-8.30pm, after I have finished I normally have Protein Powder with Waxy Maize Starch, my re workout consists of 3 scoops of No Xplode. I do cardio in the morning at around 7am on a empty stomach. Will having WMS this late hinder my weight loss goals. If so, what other options are available as a pre workout shake.

Highly unlikely it will hinder your weight loss goals mate as the body will just soak it up after training, it will not be converted to fat.

the whole crap about carbs after X o clock and the GI theory goes out the window

i would be more concerned with using NO explode
