Hi all, remind me.....

Can I not take clen after 7 or is that just with EPH? How many hours apart should I be taking it?

Also, when I have been off for two weeks, do I have to start way down at 4tabs and work up??

Clen has a long half life so there is no need to split it or not take it after a certain time, I think it is in your system about 36hrs, which is why it is not an approved drug in many countries.

If you want to split it up, then do it as suits you best, but there is no need to.

No need to work up, once you have established how you react to it, for me 100mcg was the max dose I could take, but many can take more.

i agree with nytol

but i cant take it late for other reasons..

...i cant sleep shaking!!! LOL

i find i dont get much if any sleep on clen but it works great for me!

Will try taking it later on then, cheers lads. Upto 160 at the mo and no real symptoms!

Yep, 100% sure mate. First times I took it a few years ago, got bad shakes. Not really suffered since!

Got a couple of shakes the first day, but now. Nothing, no headaches!
