| aka Jimmy | Re: gyno I too had gyno at that age mate, if you have a small lump then tbh at your age its very common, its as your maturing into an adult, it should go away on its own, mine was quite sore to touch but a few others had it so I wasn't ovelry worried, the problem is if it stays and decideds it doesn't want to go, in which case your GP would probably prescribe some tamoxifen which isn'y really any good at ridding it totally, as IK said, are you carrying a little fat? Some lads that are overweight are more prone to getting it. |

This means adopting a healthy lifestyle which includes cutting out the junk food and replacing with lean protein sources, wholegrain carbs, fruit and veg and healthy fats. You will also have to get stuck into the cardio,so buy yourself a good pair of running shoes but start off with long walks and gradually pick up the pace as you become fitter until you are jogging for 30 -40 mins without stopping,do this 3/4 times a week. If you have access to a gym by all means use the weights but stick to compound exercises such as bench press, shoulder press, bent over rows and squats, these exercises will encourage more fat loss.if you exercise at home then perform pressups, chin ups and bodyweight squats. For ideas on diets and training routines use the search option specifically in the weight loss section. Hope this helps. |

This is common in boys. cruciferous vegetables, and some soy products would probably be the best. I say that as they are a phytoestrogen and have mild estrogen properties. This will bind to the estrogen sensitive breast/chest tissues and wont exert the same effects as estrogen. So, in short, if a weak estrogen binds to the estrogen receptor then the effect on the receptor is minimised. nolvadex is an agonist and antagonist to estrogen. Also, dropping bodyfat will be helpfull due to less aromatase activity from the loss of bellyfat as this is primarily where aromatase resides. |

| Looking Freaky | Re: gyno LAd, I had gyno like yours from when I was 13 till I was 17 but now its all gone and I never changed anything in my like with fitness and food till I was 21 and became a gym junkie, personally I think yours is like mine and once you have matured it will disappear, I still have empty spots under the nipple where the gyno once was but I definalty have no signs of it now. For teens its just alot of hormones in the body building up, you speak with most male teens that are around your age and if they are being honest I bet they have it too. I went to the doc and he laughed and said it will go once you fully mature which it did cause originally I thought I had breast cancer LOL stupid younger bugger I was LOL |
