when will it come off??? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

im currently shooting for 7-8% problem is my waist is getting smaller by the day but its all coming off my sides ie obliques. i have a skin fold of 4mm of bodyfat there. then i have this **** pouch of fat around my belly button area.

im paranoid that im gonna end up pretty much shredded everywhere apart from this **** fat around my stomach.

will it come off??

my accumesure callipers have me at between 4 and 6 percent. thats how little fat i have in this area. but theres no way im down there. probs about 10 overall but i still have this feckin pouch

i have about 8lbs to go before im at my minimum goal weight. hope the ****er goes before then

Can't answer your question. But I have the opposite problem. Although my bf isn't as low as yours, I have very little fat on the front of my waist - it all seems to gather at the sides and back! When I have put on more weight (ie fat) - I end up with a spare tyre running all the way around except at my front! I guess its genetic?

carb up on clean carbs for long enough for the skin to tighten

than get back on the diet

go by how you look in the mirror mate, the part you want gone will be the last to go, thats a given..
