Carb Cycling Diet, Tinytom, Pscarb HELP PLEASE :(

Hi all,

I just wanted to post up me current diet as I have started to carb cycle and I wanna make sure I have enough of everything in there to get me sorted and continue to drop my bf which is currently around 15% :(

I aint using and ECA as I get terrible sides from them :( I am still doing cardio 3 time a week and training weights 3 times a week

I am doing 2 low carb days followed by a carb up day and so on goes the cycle...

LOW CARB DAY

Meal 1 50g of oats with medium banana and 30g of cashews

Meal 2 2xscoops of whey with 10g L-glutamine in water

Meal 3 250g of chicken in Brown grainery baguette & 30g cashews

Meal 4 2xscoops of whey with 10g L-glutamine in water & 30g cashews

Meal 5 250g of chicen with 30g of cashews

Meal 6 200g of sirloin steak with brocolli and green beans

Meal 7 2xscoops of whey with 10g L-glutamine in no fat milk & 30g cashew

Totals Calories=3070

Total Protein=340g

Total Fats=105g

Total Carbs=120g

High carb day is exactly the same except I drop the nuts out and I replace each meal they are in with rice or potatoes to help the carbing up process

I have a fast metabolism to start with and when bulking I need to eat around 4000cals and 500 to 600g of carbs

I also take fish oil 3 times daily plus I also take proboitic multis as well and milk thistle.

Any advice I would greatly appreciate, I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and have found a drop in my BF but I would like to no if there is anymore tweaking I could do to speed up the process

Cheers guys

I think that is fine.

As Del said the baguette isnt the best item to have but this is something you can drop out when you hit a plateau.

Same for the milk.

Make sure you have a cheat day once a week.

Re: Carb Cycling Diet, Tinytom, Pscarb HELP PLEASE :(

if you have a fast metabolism then i think you should be using more than 120g of carbs on your low days...
if when you are bulking you eat 500-600g of carbs just to gain weight then i would suggest that this is the amount for your high day 300g for your medium day and 150-200g for your low day especially if you are doing cardio.

i would agree with both the bread and the milk...

Thanks for the advice lads I really appreciate it, its great having lads such as yourselves helping us guys out I have definatly noticed a difference in my body on low days it seems so much tighter and abs are coming through YAY, other day I would have killed for a piece of toast though LOL its amazing how much the body craves carbs when you aint having them. I have also throw 6 scrambled eggs in a day either between meal 1 and 2 or between dinner and my protein before bed, trying to get that fat count up a bit more same as protein and cals
