Diet Help

iv been a long time lurker here but about time i got stuck in

i have recently gained a bit of a podge and im now trying todo something about

at the minute my diet is this

Breakfast - bowl of Special K
snacks - fruit
lunch - jacket potato with cheese+beans
snacks - fruit + the odd packet of snack a jacks
tea - tin of tuna with cockles+muscles mixed with sea food sauce

im training cardio every night
1 hour boxing every night (on my punch bag)
2 hour session of football every week
weights session every sunday

my aim is to loose the weight as quick as possible and to get back to a decent state of fitness

does my diet look ok ok, im not looking to bulk or cut a the minute i just want to control the calories and loose the weight.... for now

any other recommendations would be greatly appricated

cut out the snacks

eat 3-4 square meals with protein, carbs and fats...add fibre in the form of fruit and veg

a good plan would be

1
3 egg omelette with peppers, mushrooms and onion
oats

2
chicken or tuna salad
olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
1 fruit

3
chicken or steak stir fry
small jacket potato and little cheese or butter

drink plenty of water

drop fizzy drinks and juices

only 1 cup of tea and coffee a day

when i say "snack - fruit" i ment it to be that i am snacking on fruit
